What we can help with
Offshore Sportsbooks is an independent research and comparison site covering offshore sportsbooks that accept US bettors. We're not a sportsbook ourselves, we don't take bets, and we can't access or manage anyone's betting account. That means there are things we're well placed to help with, and things we genuinely can't.
- Corrections and updates — bonus terms, odds, licensing details, and payout information all change over time. If something on the site looks out of date or inaccurate, tell us and we'll check it against current source information.
- Questions about our methodology — if you want to know why a book is ranked where it is, or how we weigh odds, banking, and reliability against each other, ask and we'll explain the reasoning.
- General feedback — suggestions for what to cover, sites you'd like reviewed, or feedback on how the content reads.
- Press or partnership queries — if you represent a sportsbook or a media outlet, use this page to start that conversation.
What we can't help with
Some requests need to go directly to the sportsbook itself, not to us:
- Deposits, withdrawals, or delayed payouts on your account
- Verification (KYC) requests or document uploads
- Bonus credits, rollover disputes, or account restrictions
- Password resets or login issues
We don't have visibility into any operator's back-end systems, so for anything account-specific, contact the sportsbook's own customer support team directly — most of the books in our reviews, including Lucky Rebel and Bovada, run live chat and email support you can reach from inside your account.

A note on what we do and don't decide
Offshore sportsbooks operate under licenses issued outside the US — commonly in jurisdictions such as Curaçao, Panama, or Costa Rica — and none of them are licensed or regulated by any US state. That means the consumer protections you'd get from a regulated US operator, such as segregated player funds or a state dispute-resolution process, simply don't apply here. We can help you compare odds, bonus terms, banking options, and track records, but we can't offer legal advice about your own state's laws, and we can't guarantee that any operator will pay out as expected. If you're unsure where you stand legally, a licensed attorney in your state is the right person to ask — not a comparison site.

If gambling has become a source of stress rather than entertainment, help is available. The National Council on Problem Gambling helpline, 1-800-GAMBLER, is free, confidential, and available across the US. Offshore books don't always offer the same self-exclusion and deposit-limit tools as regulated US operators, so it's worth building your own limits before you rely on the operator's.
